I originally came to yoga seeking support for the stress and anxiety that often accompany a busy corporate career. What I discovered was a practice that offered far more than I ever expected. Through yoga, my life has been deeply enriched, my relationships feel stronger and more meaningful, and I’ve uncovered a sense of strength, courage, and energy I didn’t realise I had. Yoga has gifted me a deep feeling of love, peace, and kindness for life, along with the ability to find humour, keep perspective, and smile through whatever life brings.

It was from this place of genuine love for the practice, and a desire to share its many benefits with others, that I completed my yoga teacher training at the Fremantle Yoga Centre. I went on to complete a Graduate Diploma in Yoga Therapy with Surya Health/Yoga Space, as well as Yin Yoga Teacher Training with My Health Yoga. I am a senior registered Yoga Teacher/Yoga Therapist with Yoga Australia. I am deeply grateful to the many inspiring and knowledgeable teachers I have studied with and continue to learn from along my journey.

Alongside my yoga training, I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Sociology and a Master of Counselling. This background allows me to bring thoughtful, compassionate, trauma & cultural aware lens to my classes and private sessions. I am deeply interested in the connection between mind, body, and lived experience, and I aim to create a safe, inclusive, and supportive space where students feel seen, heard, and empowered to explore their practice at their own pace.

I currently teach at Align Body Mind and Soul and Beachside Yoga, and also offer private yoga sessions. I also have meditations on Insight Timer.  My teaching style is grounded, warm, and accessible, supporting students to cultivate awareness, resilience, and ease—both on and off the mat.I currently teach at Align Body Mind and Soul and Beachside Yoga, as well as teaching privately.
