As we journey through the ebb and flow of life we sometimes experience times when we feel a little low, or a little stuck, or we are wondering for us "What's this life all about?".  

Yoga therapy is a type of therapy that uses yoga postures, breathing exercises, meditation, chanting and philosophy to improve mental and physical health. The holistic focus of yoga therapy encourages the integration of mind, body, and spirit. 

Yoga Therapy is specifically designed to suit you.  The first step is always to conduct an initial assessment. This assessment is designed to do the following: 

  • Identify health problems
  • Assess lifestyle and physical capability
  • Discuss reasons for seeking therapy
  • Create a course of treatment

We work together to unwrap the layers that are preventing you from living from your authentic, true self that is already within you.  We work together to create for you a life of balance, serenity, love and harmony.

Believe, humility, hope, nurture and open the heart, connect and be still. These are some of the important things I have learned through my recent life journey reflections.

I came to Yoga/meditation through personal trauma which rendered me stressed and very emotional and the inability to look at people or speak with others. Both Yoga therapy and Yin have been such a positive influence on my personal development. Therapies and asanas to aid with the healing process. From stress to anxiety Michelle’s techniques leading me to both body and mind calmness. The therapies taught me how to cry , letting go of tensions and set me on the path of healing. 

I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart Michelle for helping me ease some of my suffering and fighting my inner demons. You gave me and shared your space in a non judgmental way.
